Plain English version: we collect your name, email, and business info when you request an audit or contact us. We use it to do the work you asked us to do. We don't sell your data. Ever.

When you fill out our audit request form or contact form, we collect:
- First and last name
- Work email address

- A description of what you're trying to fix (optional)

When you visit our site, we may automatically collect:
- IP address and general location (country/city level)
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited and time spent on them
- Referring website (how you found us)
- Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
Analytics and advertising tools

All third-party providers we use are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable law.
6. How long we keep it
- Audit form submissions: Kept for up to 2 years, or until you ask us to delete them
- Email correspondence: Kept for up to 3 years
- Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics default settings (14 months), then deleted
- Cookie consent records: Kept for 1 year
7. Your rights under CCPA

- Right to know: You can request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties we share it with.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf by providing written authorization.
